PROPERTIES OF A PARALLELOGRAM

• A diagonal of a parallelogram divides it into two congruent triangles.
• In a parallelogram, opposite sides are equal.
• In a parallelogram, each pair of opposite sides is equal.
• In a parallelogram, opposite angles are equal.
