Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research originated as École de Médicine de Pondichérry established by the French Government in the year 1823. This institution is located in Puducherry.

JIPMER MBBS 2018 Exam Pattern:
 The JIPMER MBBS 2018 exam pattern is as follows:
•           Mode of Exam: Online
•           Language: English and Hindi
•           No. of Questions: 200
•           Type of Questions: Objective
•           Marking Scheme: One mark will be allotted to the candidate for each correct answer
•           Negative Marking: There is NO negative marking.
The subject-wise division of questions is as follows:
JIPMER MBBS 2018 syllabus:
The JIPMER MBBS Syllabus is made up of the syllabus of subjects in class 11th & 12th. The syllabus is prescribed by the CBSE & State Board.
The questions will be asked from the following subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Logic and Quantitative Reasoning, English and Comprehension.

JIPMER 2018 Results:
JIPMER 2018 results will be out in 3rd week of June, 2018. A merit list will be prepared on the basis of  the marks secured by the candidates in the examination. Candidates will be able to view their results online once they are out.
